Hello Everyone!
My name is Kobi Jason Dennis. I was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. I am the proud father of three beautiful children and happily married to the woman of my dreams.
In 1993 I received an honorable discharge from the United States Navy. During my Naval tenure, I traveled to several countries while proudly defending our country in the Persian Gulf War. Upon returning stateside, my formal education began at Rhode Island College and has continued at several universities including the College of Continuing Education at URI.
Throughout
my life I’ve been continually placed in leadership positions enabling people
both young and old to pursue their life’s dreams. I have received professional
certifications in the following; Residential Child Care, Cornell University,
Ithaca, N.Y., The Ohio Association of Child and Youth Care Professionals,
Dayton, Ohio, Adventure Based Learning Instructor, Brattleboro, VT., Conflict
Resolution Instructor, Baltimore, MD.
My human services positions include: Teacher Assistant, Providence, RI, Athletic
Director, BGC/PHA Providence, RI, Maryland Job Corps, Randallstown, Md.,
Residential Camp Director, Charleston, RI., Greene County Residential Living,
Dayton, OH., Partnership to Address Violence through Education, Providence, RI.
In the fall of 2008 I became partners with the founder of the non-profit street
savvy, bullying program, PAVE. Alongside of my business partner Lt. (retired)
John Reis, I have been able to reach and positively impact the lives of
thousands of “at risk” youth personally and electronically.
I am extremely fortunate to have fulfilled my life’s dream by inspiring others.
My lofty ambition and acumen will allow me to serve and provide for many years
to come.
